You can book it here: After this lesson you will be able to choose between private lessons, lessons for two or my group courses on the page "MY SERVICES". I also have packages of lessons of 5, 10 or 20 lessons with a little bulk discount. You can choose to buy these after choosing your preferred lesson type. 🙂 Here is a detailed video on how to book your first class:

How should I prepare for the intro lesson? There is no need to prepare anything for the introductory lesson. We will just chat and I will ask you questions about your Czech, your goals, your experience etc. If you don't know the answers to some of these questions, it's no problem at all, we'll talk and explain everything in class.🙂 We will also speak Czech a little so that I can evaluate your level. It is no test or exam and there is no need to stress about it, it is just for me to get a better idea!😊 I will also show and tell you about how my lessons usually look like and you'll be free to ask me any questions.

Do I have to buy any books/materials?No. ☺️ I will provide you with everything that we might need together. You can, but you don't have to. During our intro class we will discuss how you learned Czech in the past and which materials you have been using and if you liked them or not. This will help me understand your level and preffered learning style and work out the best mixture of materials for you (which will change over time and can always be adapted). Generally, my favourite book is the classic Česky krok za krokem by Lída Holá (Czech step by step), that I use in basically in all my classes, more or less. I am using many other books, online resources, exercises, pictures, videos, activities and my own materials. The way we will use the materials will depend on your level, goals and learning style.

Do I have to do homeworks? No. 😊 One of the "features" of my teaching style is that I avoid forcing my students into anything. I understand that everyone has a different way to learn and the goal of our classes will be to find what works best for YOU and where you feel the most comfortable to learn new things! This applies to all the classes, including group courses. 😊 BUT I do think that homeworks are a good thing and we will try and see how they suit you. ☺️
